What we did
An AI phone answering system. If nobody picks up, the caller talks to an agent that handles the inquiry, captures what matters, and routes it. The after-hours receptionist that doesn’t take a salary.
Result
This is a real operations gap, not a chatbot demo. Service businesses live and die on the phone. The system turns a missed call into a lead instead of a dead voicemail.
